Deployment Post Go-Live Lead

Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan -Coordinate Go Live activities, support Mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and dry run activities -Oversee the implementation of service desk processes to support the application and provide technical support to the Tier 1 support desk. -Work with the client to implement a Governance Model for the Post Go Live Support Structure and Concert of Operations for supporting the system Post Go Live.   Skills: Deployment Management Release Management
