•              Digital champion for O365

•              Install computers. Fleet management Handover to users, including app install.

•              Ordering of HW, changing PC ownership. Lifecycle of IT equipment Contact with external suppliers.

•              Should be part of VAS/Uptime support team.

•              Maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the IT systems, infrastructure and back up facilities.

•              Point of escalation for all network and telephony technical incidents and problems.

•              Taking ownership until problems are resolved.
