Must Haves:
* BS degree in Computer Science or Related
* 6-8 yrs of IT Support
* 3+ yrs troubleshooting and resolving network, WiFi, and VPN connectivity issues (Meraki)
* 2+ yrs supporting and administering authentication and identity management services, i.e., Active Directory, Okta, SAML, SSO
* 2+ yrs supporting Office 365 applications and services, including but not limited to Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
* Medical Device, Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences domain xp preferred
