Job Description:

 

  • Manage IT asset inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
  • Deploy and configure IT assets according to organizational standards and user requirements.
  • Monitor software license compliance and optimize license utilization.
  • Coordinate maintenance, support, and issue resolution for IT assets.
  • Provision managed workspaces for end-users, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for managed workspaces.
  • Optimize managed workspaces to improve user experience and productivity.
  • Develop and deliver user training and documentation for managed workspaces.
  • Ensure workspace security and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
