Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for End User Requests for all local Volvo Customers.
- Ensure the ability to deliver equipment and support according to Service Levels
- Ensure documentation and follow-up communications are performed in a professional way
- Be the natural contact for end-users regarding questions around equipment orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and order issues.
- Provide or assist in reporting requests on as needed basis.
Essential Skills And Experience
- A minimum of three years of IT experience
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Good Microsoft O365 Suite knowledge
- Excellent Dutch and English language required Demonstrated team player with a high degree of integrity, credibility, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently. Self-started and driven individual.
