Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide support for End User Requests for all local Volvo Customers.
  • Ensure the ability to deliver equipment and support according to Service Levels
  • Ensure documentation and follow-up communications are performed in a professional way
  • Be the natural contact for end-users regarding questions around equipment orders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and order issues.
  • Provide or assist in reporting requests on as needed basis.

 

Essential Skills And Experience

 

  • A minimum of three years of IT experience
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Good Microsoft O365 Suite knowledge
  • Excellent Dutch and English language required Demonstrated team player with a high degree of integrity, credibility, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently. Self-started and driven individual.
