Looking out for a candidate who is having 5 yrs of experience as a Server support engineer who is having good experience in troubleshooting of Windows Server.

Responsibilities and Duties Provide a bullet point list of the responsibilities and duties of this job.

Windows Administration and Troubleshooting of Windows server.

Hands on experience on Active directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Antivirus, etc.

Providing L2 technical support to respective L1 engineers with defined SLAs.

Hands on experience on Virtualization - VMWare/ HyperV L2 Support for troubleshooting of server hardware and Operating system related issues.

Maintaining define policies and security rights over Active Directories (Forest and Domain, Trust relationship, Group policy (in depth), File replication Services, DNS, Client authentication, Certificate (PKI infrastructure).

Responsible for testing and upgrading windows patches on regular basis.

Monitoring & Management of Backup Application.

Implementing and administrating network devices, setting and maintaining policies and rights/ security within a Windows Server environment.

Good Knowledge about Print Server, File Server and WSUS Server.

Good Knowledge Backup types, configuration and Management.
