Job Description
Desktop Support Specialist in Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)
Expectation is to support devices and/or equipment (e.g. Thin Clients, laptop, mobile phones, tablets, peripherals, etc.) and related Software.
provide on demand walk up support for Service Recipients on Service Recipient EUC environment and general computing questions.
Resolve Incidents and service requests associated with Service Recipient EUC environment.
Provide break/fix support.
Advice and assistance to Service Recipients on IT related inquiries.
Coordinate efforts with other teams and third-Party service providers as necessary to keep Service Recipient EUC environment stable, reliable, and available.
Replace defective parts and systems, including for preventative maintenance as prudent.
Perform maintenance and parts management, and monitor during warranty and off warranty periods.
