ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: .- Developer Profile .- Experience of at least 4 years working with the BMC Remedy ITSM suite and BMC Helix in SaaS .- Extensive knowledge of the BMC Helix ITSM suite in the functional scope and configuration of suite modules: Incidents, Work Orders, Asset Management and CMDB, Knowledge Management, SLA Management .- Extensive work experience with BMC Smart IT, BMC Digital Workplace Advanced and BMC Digital Workplace Catalog .- Experience with integrations between BMC Remedy and third-party systems .- Experience with Smart Reporting and Helix Dashboards

VALUABLE REQUIREMENTS: Official certifications from the BMC manufacturer in any component of the ITSM suite ITIL Certification

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: .- University degree or master's degree in computer science or similar or, failing that, FP II YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN REQUESTED PROFILE: 4 years
