About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Minimum 2 years as DevOps Engineer or similar skillsets with experience on various CI/CD and configuration management tools e.g., Jenkins, Maven, AWS Code pipeline, Ansible, Cloud formation, Terraform, or similar CI/CD orchestrator tool(s).
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is preferred, including building Docker files and images, establishing Docker image repositories, and creating, managing, and orchestrating a Kubernetes based infrastructure in the cloud or on-prem.
- Working knowledge and understanding for use, build, deploy, management and monitoring of Amazon AWS services for SaaS products, including but not limited to VPC, EC2, Containers, S3, ELB, RDS, Route53, Cloud Formation, Cloud Watch, KMS, IAM, Event Bridge, SNS, SQS, Lambda, API Gateways and other Amazon AWS development and management tools.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Handle operations for the enterprise systems and support infra hosted on the cloud.
- To support and work on operational requirements from business and needs to manage all environments for multiple SaaS applications along with Apps hosted on Clarivate Data Center
- You will be responsible to help design, implement, configure, optimize, manage, document, and support the delivery of Clarivate’s Enterprise Services applications and systems.
- Transform development processes for existing applications software development into a Continuous Delivery-driven SDLC, influencing and educating development and QA teams to adjust working practices in alignment with modern day software development and delivery approaches (CI, CD, AWS).
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation processes needed to build and deploy applications in the realms of; SaaS based application ecosystems, Hybrid-Cloud Applications and fully On-Prem systems.
- Also responsible to assume small degree of incident management for any issue at any stage of the software development life cycle.
