Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions

Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems integration and acceptance tests and troubleshoot

Performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions.

Engage with other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions

Familiarity with IBM Sterling OMS / Store / Call Center solutions strongly desired.
Familiarity with industry consulting practices, methodologies and tools strongly desired.
Knowledge of data communication, application software and e-business practices.

Performance and code optimization/modularization

Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as providing on call support as required by the team
Good-to-Have
Java, WCS or ATG (any language with ecommerce knowledge)
