Devops Architect

Job Description

Need DevOps lead with software and systems integration experience. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, independent, and works well from design guidelines, providing design feedback to the solution architect and the engineering teams. This person will be responsible for the delivery, quality, availability and performance. The application should be proficient in modern software architectures built on microservices, containerization, and platform-as-a-service technologies. In particular, development experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins and networking.

Responsibilities:

• Strive for automation and continuous improvement of the current infrastructure configuration.
• Industry experience managing service-oriented architectures with high availability and performance.
• Hands-on engineering skills to maintain the solution, fixing critical code and platform issues and ensure high availability.
• Oversee the coordination, integration, and flow of development, testing, and deployment to support continuous delivery.
• Proactively identify potential application issues performance bottlenecks, platform stability issues and recommend and implement solutions.
• Develop performance and reliability tests used to enhance throughput and availability.
• Define and design the monitoring capabilities, tools, automation, and processes for proactive monitoring and stability of the platform
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve the infrastructure.
• Strong team player with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to manage additional technical resources to meet the project requirements
