Role Description:

Expertise in change management, release management processExpertise in planning and managing all release activitiesDetail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skillsExperience in ServiceNow, JIRA,Working experience in GIT, JENKINS, CI/CD pipeline, build, deployment processWorking experience in Agile working environmentCollaborating with business product owners, tech lead, architect, dev teamsOrganize and participate on key meetings, manage risk and track action itemsWorking experience in Continuous delivery environmentCreate and maintain release schedule, release/change requestReview quality controls and facilitate approval processCreate and maintain implementation plan and manage dependency across different teamsExposure on environment management and configuration managementExecution of change and ensure communication with key stakeholdersExposure Disaster recovery planning and testing co-ordinationCo-ordination with production support team and dev teams
