DevOps Engineer

JOB DUTIES:

Design, Implement and Support Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) application build and deployment pipelines with GIT, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Bamboo and Fortify. Designing, building and, managing large scale infrastructure in AWS and Azure, including, leveraging one or more coding languages for deploying infrastructure as code to improve the availability, scalability, and efficiency of platforms. Maintain cloud based servers patching vulnerabilities, backup/restore operations, provision new servers, configure firewall, and configure monitoring, analysis and alerting systems. Develop scripts and plugins that can be used for automation of the build and release process with CI/CD pipelines by leveraging on REST APIs of the various tools with python and Java. Integrate build tools like MAVEN and ANT for building deployable artifacts such as jar, war, and ear from source code. Troubleshoot configuration issues, applying patches, kernel upgrades, package management, diagnosing resource utilization and file system issues. Travel And/or Relocation to unanticipated client sites is required

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Technology/Engineering(Any)/Business /IT or related field with Six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant/ IT Analyst/ Developer/ Programmer/ IT Engineer or closely related fields. Employer also accepts A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology/Engineering (Any)/Business /IT or related field plus 5 years of progressive work experience in related field.

EXPRERIENCE REQUIRED:

Experience Should Include 6 (Six) Months of Working with Devops Tools. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
