DevOps Engineer

**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead the migration from Jenkins to GitHub, including the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline our development workflows, driving efficiency and productivity

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and development in DevOps best practices

Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of our systems and applications

Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment environments, leveraging tools such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to our DevOps toolchain and processes, staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends

**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions, including configuration and optimization for CI/CD

Strong background in DevOps principles and practices, with hands-on experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines

Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines

Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical projects is highly desirable

Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are a plus
