Pipeline enablement (working with teams to provide direct platform tooling or skilled engagement to mature skills)
Converting Azure DevOps classic pipelines > YAML pipelines
Converting Azure DevOps classic pipelines or YAML pipelines to Github Actions (assuming we move in this direction)
Testing/quality/security checks within the pipelines
Test coverage auditing and potentially blocking pull requests if coverage not met (across different stacks)
Education/Upskilling on backlog breakdown to support small batch delivery
Migrate to trunk-based branching/development
Decomposing large codebases to be more independently testable/deployable
CI/CD training on above (and more)
