DevOps Engineer (With Salesforce development exp)

Tech Mahindra is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer & DevOps Engineer, who will be responsible for Salesforce development and Deployment of Salesforce & CRMA solutions. You will be working closely with team members, product managers, and platform team.
MUST HAVE:
Candidates should have strong experience in Salesforce (3+ years) and CRMA Development (1+ Years)
3+ years of devops experience in building and maintaining automated production grade systems within an Agile environment.
Hands-on experience developing scripts using scripting languages such as Java/JavaScript, Jenkins, Python, Bit Bucket, Azure DevOps to deploy, manage, and automate device configurations and monitoring/reporting tools & alerting.
Deep understanding of scratch orgs & proficient working with implementing package-based deployments in Salesforce
Experience in Building and deploying Docker containers. Kubernetes a big plus!
Verify successful deployments and troubleshoot functionality, security, and data issues related to deployment of Salesforce, Analytics, and AI/ML modules.
Support the Salesforce delivery pipeline, enabling frequent and dependable releases.
Deploy releases to various environments and perform Hotfixes and Rollbacks as needed.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience developing applications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Azure, Snowflake and Tableau BI
Experience with Data Analytics and AI/ML Algorithms in Python using Databricks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle SFDC Lightning configuration and customization
Lead Deployment Strategy and Efforts using Agile Methodologies
