The “Secure DevOps Product Sales Specialist expands relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow both DevOps and Application Security product lines. The Product Specialist Sales closes opportunities created by Net New hunting initiatives, referred by the Client Directors for the respective Geo, Client Success Managers for Renewal in specific, or other sales personnel, while actively collaborating with these team members.
Reporting to the Product Geo Lead, the Product Specialist Sales is responsible for achieving sales quota in the assigned product lines for:
New Licenses
Renewals
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines
Supports the success of an assigned team of salespeople, including Technical Advisors, Client Directors and Client Success Managers
Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Work collaboratively with Client Partners for In-Territory accounts
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Achieve assigned product sales quota for New License and Renewals
Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability
Achieves product growth targets in the assigned geography or account base.
Cross-sell and Up-sell Secure DevOps products and grow the existing accounts
Achieve Product associated professional services quota
ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
Reports to the Product Geo Lead
Responds to the customer support requirements of the supported team, including implementation and service personnel, and other sales and management resources as needed.
Work closely with Customer Advocacy team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
This position may be assigned to support the New England geography or one or more named account teams across North America.
QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year college degree from an accredited institution ·
Minimum Ten years of sales experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment; or ·
