We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps SME with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing and improving the current state of IT environments and organizational documentation policies. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented professional who excels in critical thinking and problem-solving. The candidate must be able to take initiative and execute tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Assess the current state of the IT environment, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for optimization

Evaluate and enhance the organization's documentation policies and practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient DevSecOps practices

Develop and enforce security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and others

Utilize and integrate various DevSecOps tools and technologies, including LoadRunner, Selenium, Docker, Kubernetes, and Veracode

Ensure robust cloud security practices in environments like Azure and AWS

Automate workflows using MSFT Power Platform and MSFT Power Automate

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in DevSecOps, cloud technologies, and security best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

7-10 years of experience in DevSecOps, IT security, or a related role

Proven experience with LoadRunner, Selenium, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Veracode, MSFT Power Platform, MSFT Power Automate, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus
