Responsibilities
Responsible for completing assigned tasks adhering to project plans and restoring systems to operational status.
Complete daily tasks include administering the Document Management and Records Management systems.
Monitor and optimize system components for peak performance.
Execute upgrades, patches, migrations, job setups, scheduling and log file cleanup.
Collaborate with analysts, programmers for technical specifications and implementations.
Manage user maintenance, SQL Database Administration and create reports using SQL queries.
Lead disaster recovery planning and tests for the document management system.
Ensure proper integration with hardware, OS and database technical teams.
Provide functional support and front-end training to staff.
The Role Offers

Essential Skills
Experience in troubleshooting for complex data-related issues.
Must have experience in iManage WorkSite, iManage Records Manager and Milan Hub.
Expertise in relational database technology, SQL and Information Systems.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to prepare comprehensive documentation.
Should have 2-4 years of experience in a medium to large law firm preferred.
Essential Qualification
Bachelor's degree is required.
