Job Description:
The Senior Digital Product Manager will lead efforts to create and refine a connected digital experience for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. This includes a full suite of digital products and services, with an emphasis on improving the patient journey through integrated online and offline experiences.
You will collaborate with various internal teams, including technology, marketing, legal, and healthcare compliance, to drive the strategic direction of the product portfolio. The goal is to provide personalized, end-to-end solutions that enhance the overall experience for patients and their healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
- Develop and configure digital solutions using content management platforms and associated tools.
- Drive customer-centric product strategy to ensure the best experience for users.
- Participate in user testing and feedback cycles to continuously improve the product.
- Partner with key stakeholders to refine product requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on healthcare or large enterprises.
- Experience with content management systems, agile methodologies, and digital product development tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
