The Project Manager will plan and work with all teams to drive new enhancements across a multitude of devices and at different stages of the customer journey to achieve sales generation, retention, quality and cost targets of Aspire Systems
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery and project management of projects executed under the responsibility of Aspire Systems. You manage projects in customer-facing solutions.
The responsibilities:
Responsible for leading, planning, shaping and prioritising client project activities along with the client’s different stakeholders including business and delivery teams.
Create, lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, ensuring you have the correct structure and levels of skill to develop future plans.
Support and create an effective mechanism that ensures all key stakeholders are fully briefed on all aspects of project activity and engaged with the planning process.
Align to organization process and track all the relevant project metrics
Derive and practice appropriate processes to make sure the project is running with high visibility and stability.
Capture the project risks upfront and arrive at a well-defined metrics mechanism to capture the project’s timeline, cost and effort.
Have oversight over the architecture, working with your technical leads to ensure the systems and solutions you develop are flexible, loosely coupled and deliver performance that is appropriate for business needs.
Align to the DevOps principles and toolsets being established with high degrees of automation throughout the development process. Continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous operational monitoring are baseline goals.
Measure and monitor the solutions you develop, regularly reviewing operational metrics to validate the effectiveness of your product in meeting customer needs.
Experience and skills:
Experience in Banking Domain
Experience of working with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
Experience in Kony (Infinity Quantum Visualizer & Fabric) or Transact (Added advantage)
Excellent stakeholder management with experience and ability to influence decisions at all levels, up to director level, essential.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a positive persuasive manner, capable of bringing others along with them.
Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills
Project planning, Estimation, and Risk Management skills
Vendor management and strong team management skills.
Excellent client handling and front-ending skills.
ANY GRADUATE
