JBi - an award-winning digital transformation agency is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital projects, from ideation and planning to execution and launch. Your fluency in Japanese will be invaluable in collaborating with our international partners and stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage the development and execution of digital projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketers, and content creators
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Manage risks and identify and mitigate potential issues
• Ensure projects meet all quality standards and adhere to deadlines
• Foster open communication and collaboration across teams
• Be the point of contact for all project-related inquiries and issues

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in digital project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Fluency in Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Japanese business practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for innovation and a desire to learn new technologies

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working in the [Industry] industry
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels
• Experience with project management software tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello
