Position Overview: We are seeking a Disaster Recovery Project Coordinator/Analyst with strong communication and documentation skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will support application stakeholders in developing and maintaining Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, ensuring timely completion, and leading DR exercises to ensure the recovery of critical services.
General Duties And Tasks:
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Meet with application stakeholders to provide guidance on DR Plan development.
- Ensure DR Plan completion according to the timeline.
- Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to address any gaps.
- Provide support to Plan Owners and Coordinators related to Disaster Recovery.
- Lead Disaster Recovery Exercises to ensure the recovery of critical services for all affected sites.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer and support the company’s Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and access rights using Azure Active Directory.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable access to Office 365 services.
- Collaborate with IT security to implement and maintain security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports for management.
- Create, manage, and troubleshoot Intune configurations and conditional access policies.
- Provide end-user training and support as needed.
- Stay current with Microsoft updates and new features, and recommend enhancements to improve productivity and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 services and related technologies.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Microsoft certifications related to Office 365 are highly desirable.
