Docketing Specialist
#1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
#2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in patent docketing with a patent law firm or related experience required;
Responsibilities of the Docketing Specialist:
- 3+ years of experience in patent docketing with a patent law firm or related experience required;
- Knowledge and understanding of US and foreign patent prosecution procedures, terminology and deadlines as well as familiarity with various Patent Office databases, including USPTO’s PAIR;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Proficiency with Foundation IP preferred;
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Ability and flexibility to respond well and prioritize and multi-task in a timely manner in a fast paced, high volume, due date driven environment;
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
