Client is looking to hire a well experienced Drupal developer for its Information Technology Division to design, develop, test, maintain and migrate our Drupal websites. 

Client requires an experienced Drupal Web Developer to join the Information Technology Division. This position will be responsible for day-to-day design, development, and maintenance of a large suite of citizen facing Client and related websites which provide critical services to the citizens of the State. These websites are essential in supporting State Level initiatives around workforce and education. This position will work closely with the Client Communications and Media team, as well as and business stakeholders and leadership, to realize strategic goals around business engagement and leverage Client digital assets in furthering awareness, education and outreach of services provided by Client to citizens. In addition to web development, this position will also advance innovative and priority initiatives including platform upgrades, website redesigns, heightened site security, customer experience analytics, chatbot technology and department intranet(s).

Roles and Responsibilities:

•     Partnering with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements, review and approval of all Client site updates

•     Ensuring all website features and updates are thoroughly tested and function as expected, across all user-types, devices, browsers and environments

•     Providing Drupal application support via Acquia

•     Planning and execution of Drupal upgrades

•     Migration and/or archival of website content, web forms and data

•     Developing custom themes for Drupal sites, as necessary

•     Administering user access and configuring user roles and permissions

•     Testing and executing core, module and security updates

•     Building department SharePoint sites and intranet(s)

•     Establishing customer experience analytics

•     Training users and content editors

•     Integrating and implementing third-party, plug in technologies

•     Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

•     Strong communication and collaboration skills

•     Drupal CMS – 8 YEARS REQUIRED

•     HTML/HTML5 – 8 YEARS REQUIRED

•     CSS/CSS3 – 8 YEARS REQUIRED

•     PHP – 8 YEARS REQUIRED

•     Javascript – 8 YEARS REQUIRED

•     Adaptive/Responsive Web Design – 8 YEARS REQUIRED

•     GIT – 5 YEARS REQUIRED

•     Figma – 5 YEARS REQUIRED

•     Experience with Acquia – 5 YEARS REQUIRED

•     Adobe Creative Cloud Suite – 5 YEARS REQUIRED

•     Google analytics – HIGHLY DESIRED
