Lead the end-to-end program management of D365 F&O implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals
Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution sessions
Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to clients and senior management
Lead steering committee meetings and facilitate communication with all parties involved
Support and manage project teams, project scope, project schedules, project risks/issues, and expectations
Build relationships with clients and partners, identifying opportunities for TechM to help our clients with additional projects

Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus
10+ years of D365 F&O implementation experience
8+ years of managing large ERP/CRM software projects and development teams
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale D365 F&O projects from initiation to completion
Experience with different SDLC project methodologies (such as agile and waterfall)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment
