This role is seeking a highly experienced consultant (5+ years) to help implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients. experience in development, support and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions
- Gather and document client requirements
- Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders
- Leverage pre-built features and develop custom solutions when needed
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products and services
- Write unit tests and technical documentation
- Possess strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premise and cloud)
- Experience with development, support, and implementation projects
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience customizing Dynamics forms and workflows
- Proficient in JavaScript and XRM model
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure DevOps, CI/CD (plus)
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (desired)
