Description

This role is seeking a highly experienced consultant (5+ years) to help implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients. experience in development, support and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Gather and document client requirements
  • Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders
  • Leverage pre-built features and develop custom solutions when needed
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products and services
  • Write unit tests and technical documentation
  • Possess strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.)

Required Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (on-premise and cloud)
  • Experience with development, support, and implementation projects
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience customizing Dynamics forms and workflows
  • Proficient in JavaScript and XRM model
  • Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure DevOps, CI/CD (plus)
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (desired)
