Provide oversight into Digital projects/teams (onsite & offshore) plus assist in tracking project deliverables
Drive project activities across requirements gathering, data analysis, integration, and in the preparation, visualization, and presentation of to-be solutions
Act as SME to inform and drive forward strategic and process improvement initiatives for eCommerce
Capture, refine, prioritize, and maintain the digital workstream backlog, including features, and acceptance criteria in user stories
Review and validate test plan approaches for proper functionality coverage; coordinate and execute test plans as needed
Bring practical recommendations on system and process enhancements
Create meeting presentations that are clear and easy to comprehend
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent field of study required
At least five years’ experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager leading SF commerce
5+ years of experience as a Business/Technical Analyst on eCommerce solutions
2+ years of proven work experience on Salesforce (or comparable best-of-breed) eCommerce application modules
2+ years of experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Experience with SF-MC and/or SF-CRM experience is a big plus
Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions that support business processes and transactions
JIRA and Confluence experience
In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
Experience with working on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Analytics
Ability to analyze & troubleshoot application/solution issues
Experience documenting meeting minutes accurately to allow meeting members to review in a reasonable timeframe once a meeting has occurred
