Job Description: EDI Developer

Type: Contract/ C2H (Long term 1 year and above contract period)
Location: Remote/Hyderabad (Ready to move in next 6 Months)
Work timing: IST (overlap to US for 1-2 hrs)
Notice Period: Less than 30 days (Immediate joiners prepared)

As an EDI Developer III, you will be working directly with the client support and onboarding team to verify procedures to ensure business-to-business (B2B) support issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner, and that issues are properly recorded back to the project and issues tracking systems. Roles and Responsibilities

What youll do on a typical day:

• Independently maintain electronic data exchange between client supply chain partners and internal operational systems.
• Review test plans of junior developers.
• Communicate with external B2B vendors and collaborate with internal IT and operating system team members to ensure B2B solutions are developed on time and to required specifications.
• Monitor and maintain EDI environment health by working with DBA and technical teams to ensure system availability.
• Mentor and assist in the development of less experienced developers.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2 years of exposure to Sterling Integrator Release 5.x, or greater.
• 4 years of EDI mapping experience.
• 1 year of exposure to Relational Databases.
• SQL query and data manipulation skills.
• Demonstrated experience working for a fast-paced, growing company; and internal and external customer-facing development experience.
• 4 years of professional work experience

Itd be great if you also have:

• Logistics business exposure.
• Experience with EDI 204, 990, 214, 210.
• Exposure to the LightWell framework (DMI/FMI) tool.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management skills.
