Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform complicated operations involving assembling, dismantling, cleaning, inspecting and repairing of components within the department.
- Demonstrated ability with a focus on safety awareness and accident prevention.

- Understanding of electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, maintenance manuals and instructions, parts lists and prints.
- Knowledge and experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and the ability to identify and correct problems.
- Ability to meet aggressive delivery schedules and productivity goals and to make/implement recommendations that will both improve the repair process and quality.
- Flexibility to perform all tasks required to repair Alternators and Generators.
- All other duties assigned by supervision
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year in manufacturing environment or equivalent experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Tow Motor experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts. Physical Demands:
- Employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- Employee is regularly required to see and observe small handwriting, labels, and components.
- Employee is regularly required to wear steel toe shoes, safety glasses.
- Position requires the employee to be on-site during scheduled shift to perform daily duties and responsibilities.
Work Environment
- The employee will normally work in an industrial environment, with frequent exposure to electronic testing equipment.
- During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions.
- Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
