Responsibilities
Act as an advocate within the Ascendion Referral Community by leveraging opportunities to develop quality employee referrals, educating employees on the referral process and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Own internal Concierge ticketing questions from employees - be the primary contact for questions, troubleshooting, and other related posts
Strategically develop marketing campaigns for referral promotions where we need to drive pipeline
Maintain ongoing communications and branding of Employee Referral Program including program tools and sites, marketing collateral, and published communications related to the program
Monitor aspects of reporting and statistics for the program to identify trends where additional training and solicitation is needed, audit and manage SLA compliance, survey employee sentiment and analyze employee engagement trends to identify opportunity for improvement. Collaborate with internal reporting/analytics team as needed

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop a ER hiring strategy based on the headcount forecasting and plan for employee referral resources appropriately
Proposing an aggressive, yet achievable staffing plans to the hiring teams
Build a strong relationship with the hiring teams to ensure hiring targets are achieved
Hire and develop a high-performing recruiting team
Implement new processes and refine existing processes in recruiting that fit within company mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer
Possess the ability to screen, interview, and prepare a candidate within the agreed timeline
Collaborate with internal teams to drive overall recruiting efficiency
Qualifications
10 to 12 years of overall recruiting experience with at least 5 + years of prior experience in managing a recruiting team in a matrixed global organization
Must be able to interface with all levels of senior management, competency-based interview experience will be added advantage
Excellent business judgment and time management skills
Ability to Influence leaders in taking decisions for the organization
Ability to partner effectively with global recruiting teams and HR business partners
Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create and develop measures for operational efficiency
Should be able to independently work on critical open positions primarily through networking and employee references
Good in communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively
Master's degree is preferred
Bachelor's degree
