Summary:
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of the organization's enterprise architecture. This includes developing and maintaining enterprise architecture models, standards, and guidelines; identifying and assessing enterprise architecture risks and opportunities; and collaborating with stakeholders to align business and IT strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models, standards, and guidelines
- Identify and assess enterprise architecture risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business and IT strategies
- Develop and implement enterprise architecture solutions
- Manage and maintain enterprise architecture repositories
- Communicate enterprise architecture information to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on emerging enterprise architecture trends and technologies
- Conduct enterprise architecture research and analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
- Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools (e.g., Archimate, Enterprise Architect)
- Strong understanding of business process modeling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
- Experience with agile and DevOps methodologies
- Experience with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
- Experience with enterprise architecture security and risk management
