Duties Responsibilities: Global Education Solutions Enterprise Architect ● At least 3 to 5 yrs of experience in Learning management platforms for Life Sciences ● At least 3 to 5 yrs of experience in AR/VR/MR etc ● At least 3 to 5 yrs of experience in MDM, Integration, SSO, oAuth, Integration etc Global Marketing Enterprise Architect ● At least 3 to 5 years of experience in MarTech ( Content Mgmt, Identity Access Mgmt, Profile Mgmt, MDM, CDP etc) ● At least 2 to 3 yrs of knowledge experience on GDPR, CCPA and other regulations around GxP, SoX etc ● Expert knowledge on Salesforce Marketing Cloud , Drupal , Open Text , Azure B2C Identity ● Excellent communication skills , inter personal skills ● Expertise and experience in Omni Channel , web sites , Digital Experience , Digital brand building etc Key Responsibilities (Applies to both EA roles) ● Provide technology and thought leadership to shape the vision strategy for commercial programs/commercial projects ● Create Architectural road maps/ blueprints including conceptual and reference architecture maps and dataflow diagrams ● Partner with other JJT and business stakeholders to co-shape the program backlogs/enablers etc. ● Understand business problems and translate them into a high-level Epics and create lean business case comprehensive set of solutions spanning technology, data, governance, security privacy etc. ● Emergent Design: - Enable and support emergent design by constant Test Learn experiments in HMD Commercial processes. ● Lead architecture design discussions, reviews, and provide recommendations and feedback to other members of the development team. ● Work closely with external partners and system integrators to build joint delivery plans, ensure efficient design, accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
