Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 7-10 years of experience in Portfolio Management with complex, large-scale engagements
· Strong experience managing clients, stakeholders, third parties, and cross-functional teams
· 3 to 5 years of consulting experience and/or subject matter expertise in business process design, integration, and change management
· Exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and business acumen skills, with the ability to deliver scalable solutions that simplify and streamline complex concepts and processes
· Results-driven with the ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with leaders at all levels
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
· Strong collaboration skills and the ability to drive change effectively
Typical Duties
· Business Leadership: Provide advice, analytics, and actionable insights for investment and prioritization decision-making; facilitate portfolio management meetings, ceremonies, and processes for assigned business teams.
· Governance and Planning: Lead governance and planning for assigned business teams through OKR creation, facilitation, and reporting; manage Fresh Forward and KEY processes; oversee LRP process management and business team leadership meeting governance.
· Strategic Planning: Operationalize business team strategies by creating and maintaining BT portfolio hierarchy in partnership with business leadership, ensuring portfolios are optimized to meet long and short-term strategic goals.
· Strategic Leadership: Identify and align critical dependencies and risks in the portfolio; propose solutions to resolve or mitigate risks; provide initiative-level project management support as needed
