MUST HAVES:

  • has completed multiple “Enterprise epic implementations”. 
  • have completed a full cycle implementation within the past two years
     


Required Skills : Required Experience: • At least one (1) full cycle Epic implementation of an enterprise wide EHR system with a multi-million dollar budget, utilizing Epic’s methodology and Epic enterprise-wide healthcare applications suite with a focus on the acute care, clinical, and revenue cycle applications • Basic architectural knowledge across IT and telecom environments • Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical, planning and excellent communication skills, successfully built team relationships and partnerships across the business • At least five (5) years of experience as a proven change agent and mentor • Skilled in Microsoft Office products including MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; ability to use other on-premises or cloud-based project management and reporting. • Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization. • Strong negotiation, consulting, and arbitration skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Computer Science
