ERP APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Job Overview

Work on design, configuration, implementation, support and extension of ERP applications both on cloud and on premise such as sap, oracle, workday, primarily focusing on HCM, financials and SCM applications. Work on various inbound and outbound integrations using tools BPEL, SOA, OIC, HDL, PDL, ADFDI and FBDI tools. Perform required source - target mapping, data load, reconciliation and automation for ERP application integration with internal and external systems; design and build reports using various ERP specific tools for financials analysis; analyze issues and troubleshoot software bugs, custom requirements, perform configuration changes, and implement solutions and root cause fixes based on severity and prioritization. Work on configuring workflow extensions using middleware tools for various financial and/or HR processes. Work directly with business users and technical staff providing functional and technical support. Author technical and functional specifications. Perform system configuration activities to support business process changes and organizational realignments to maximize productivity of business operations. Generate test plans, coordinate testing and perform testing routines as required to ensure implemented erp application features are working as needed. Possess required technical background to work on implementing financial and HCM ERP applications to clients. Develop SQL, PLSQL programs and interfaces processes using JAVA, UNIX AND PERL SCRIPTING as Required. Reqd Bachelor’s Degree in Comp Sci (any) Engg (Any) BBA (any) Information Technology, Engg (any) or as an alternative Associate Degree (any) with 4 years of experience.
