Description

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, finance, or accounting discipline.
- 10+ years of increasingly responsible experience, including experience successfully managing multiple ERP transformations.
- Demonstrated history of working in Business Transformation, ERP Implementation, Master Data Management, and enterprise Integration.
- Strong and tested project management skills including stakeholder relationship management, sponsor expectation management, risk management, and change management.
- Understanding of data governance, management, and quality.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, process improvement, and engaging teams across lines of business, functional/technical areas.
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment with project team members, co-workers, management, and vendors.
- Superior interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle broad-based, often complex, communication.
- Demonstrated engagement with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement changes, analyze decisions and actions for their support of the larger area's strategic direction, and work with senior management to resolve more complex problems.
- Ability to do a deep dive into functional components and controls while simultaneously seeing the big picture and connecting all the dots.

Preferred Qualifications:
- An advanced degree is preferred.
