Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for overall Project management of implementation of Procure to Pay modules of an ERP application. This requires good functional understanding of the Procure to pay business processes and good experience in Project management for implementation. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.

Responsibilities:
• Experience on ERP applications, which includes Analysis, Development, Implementation, Testing, Post implementation support.
• Having 10+years of experience in ERP with Project management and implementation projects for Procure to pay solutions of ERPs (Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, Peoplesoft) and integrations with additional SAAS\on-premise custom applications.
• Prior experience in managing internal and external stakeholders and hosting project governance calls with customer.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth operations across a diverse team working on different applications and resolving project operational issues.
• Having experience in creating project plan and tracking deliverables across multiple teams ensuring smooth execution of the project.
• Experience with creating and maintaining all Project management related documents for implementation like Risk Plan Traceability matrix, RASCI matrix, Project Plan, Cut over plan etc.
• Working Knowledge on Procure to Pay modules of any ERP (Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, Peoplesoft) and good command over the functionalities.
• Should be able to communicate with the business and drive functional discussions and propose ideas and solutions.
• Prior experience of working as Onsite lead for PeopleSoft\Oracle ERB\Fusion FSCM\Coupa\Ariba\Jaggaer projects and synergize with the offshore teams for delivery.
• Should be able to work independently with end users\ Business track leads to come up with a business process change and engage via workshops\ sessions to get it approved and implemented.
• Understanding requirement and provide technical solutions
• Adher to the timeline and focus on delivery with good quality
• Good communication skill and ready to explore and learn new skills
• Working knowledge on creation of User Profiles, Roles and Permission lists and row level security setups.
• Having a strong working knowledge on SQL queries and PS Queries.
• Having a strong understanding of standard development methodologies (Systems Development Life-cycle) in both maintenance and implementation organizations;
• Good communication, analytical skills, quick learner and process-oriented, with a high customer orientation.
• Self-motivated team player willing to accept exciting new challenges.
