Responsibilities

Oversight and maintain system documentation to support the delivery of quality, business-enhancing products.
Mentor, train and coach staff in ERP applications including the creation of training materials.
Provide specialist second tier support of the ERP systems to ensure optimum business systems operations.
Oversight of dashboards and reporting in liaison with business areas to enable Council to respond to information efficiently and quickly.
Support the ICT Business Analysts with major projects including the implementation of improved processes in corporate applications through configuration, training and testing.
Support organisational change management processes including maintaining communication plans and creation of communication materials.
Lead small projects from concept to implementation including liaising with key stakeholders and application administrators.

Experience Required

Proven ICT analysis, analytical and investigative skills including the ability to think logically, creatively and laterally.
Demonstrated ability to provide specialist ICT advice and training to diverse client groups.
Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with particular emphasis in the areas of consultation and relationship building.
Experience working independently, effectively deal with competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement, with the ability to test the status quo of the business and maximise digital opportunities to meet business needs.
Previous experience in local government ERP software and/or TechnologyOne ERP software.
