ERP Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of hashtag#ERP and hashtag#DW/BI technical team.
- Provide leadership and guidance for ERP, hashtag#BI, and 3rd party applications.
- Mentor and develop technical team members, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Oversee design, testing, and deployment of ERP and DW/BI technical aspects.
- Resolve technical hashtag#roadblocks for team members.
- Select, validate, and document new release integrations and technologies.
- Support and maintain production systems.
- Familiarity with hashtag#SDLC and hashtag#PMLC.

Required Experience:
- 7-10 years of technical team management experience in ERP, DW, and BI.
- ERP development experience including customizations, modifications, and data conversions.
- Experience in ERP and/or DW/BI implementation.
