ServiceNow Sr Admin (5-8 Years)
Must Have Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow administration
Ability to demonstrate and lead on defining ITSM best practices, testing & migration approach
Experience in participating Technical Governance board assisting on Technical Analysis of new features, tech debt
Experience with Release planning, release governance , production readiness review
Familiar with administration of Custom Codes
Hands on experience in leading at least 2 ServiceNow upgrades, establishing best practices
Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub
Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation
Hands on experience with Performance Analytics
Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server
Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management
Bachelor's degree
