Description:
The ETL Developer will work on a wide range of projects utilizing proprietary data formats that require a wide set of skills from knowledge of extract, transform and load tactics to creating meaningful business requirement documents. The ETL Developer will function as technology lead on ETL implementation projects. Additionally, the ETL Developer will partner with the business and all data trading partners to support daily data processing and implementations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support day-to-day operations with hands on approach and passion for delivering best-in-class services to internal and external stakeholders.
Work with internal and external clients to gather, analyze and document requirements.
Build new and import and export processes and modify/support existing data import and export processes based on business, client, and vendor requirements. Formats include but are not limited to
Proprietary claim feeds both inbound and outbound
Proprietary eligibility feeds both inbound and outbound
Accumulator feeds both inbound and outbound
Authorization / preauthorization imports
Analyze the data exchanged with stakeholders to troubleshoot, record and address errors and implement corrections.
Design, build, test, implement, and maintain efficient and reliable C# code that is clean and scalable.
Create and maintain Microsoft SQL databases, tables, views, stored procedures etc.
Work with multiple FTP protocols and applications, maintaining security.
Work on creating and maintaining feature-rich scheduling, tracking, and error handling solutions.
Support production including analysis, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing of problems.
Develop creative solutions and write technical design & architecture documents and provide estimates of effort for programming and implementation.
Identify risk and failure points with a constant focus on process improvement and automation.
Re-architect legacy applications.
