Job Description/Responsibilities
·       Understand the EDW system, artifacts & processes to handle the project deliverables.
·       Good understanding of production support process
·       SLAs are very critical, response and resolved incident tickets with in SLA
·       Participate in the KT sessions from development team as part of transition to support
·       Participate in weekly production support deployment activities
·       Closely monitor incident tickets assigned to EDW support till the closure
·       Flexible to work after hours and over the weekends as needed for the support
·     Support experience with GCP

Required Qualifications
·       Overall 5+ years of experience in production support in Data warehousing ETL projects.
·       Hands-on experience on the tools listed under the Primary Skills column.
·       Good work experience with Teradata & utilities
·       Must understand software development methodologies including waterfall and agile.
·       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Primary Skills
·       Data warehouse & Data Modeling Concepts
·       Database Tools & Utilities - Teradata, BTEQ, TPT, FastLoad & SQL Queries
·       UNIX/Shell scripting
·       Job Scheduling – Maestro, Control-M

·    Support experience with Google Cloud Platform & Google Cloud Platform ETL Pipelines.
