ETL/Data Warehouse Developer

Responsibilities:
 

• Serve as the Data Warehouse developer in designing and development within Informatica and Database
• Perform Q/A on developed items
• Assist in creating High Level and Detailed Design documentation .Worked with Architects to create meaningful requirements for Data Warehouse ETL development.
• Implement on development of data- marts, extracts and reporting.
• Assist ETL developers with specifications, documentation, and development of data migration mappings and transformations for Data Warehouse loading.
• Perform data analysis using Data Modelers to define requirements and data needs.
• Communicate with project and technical teams to identify, define and translate key business requirements into technology specifications.
• Work on Jira PER requests and support the internal team of OBIEE and Data Warehouse developers on projects, as needed.
• Plan for OBIA and Informatica upgrade. Do a comparison between the current OBIA and Informatica version and next version to identify technical requirements and perform gap analysis and outline the tasks needed for a successful upgrade.
• Technical define/design specifications produced are expected to be well documented.
• Informatica, DAC and Database Content developed is expected to be properly tested and functional.
• Analysis & Recommendations for OBIA and Informatica Upgrade.

Degree Requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
