Looking for an Exchange engineer with significant “Exchange Online Experience”

Must be fluent in supporting Exchange Online Protection mail routing\infrastructure in a Hybrid environment
Must come from a large environment of company with at least 15,000 users
They need to be involved with the entire email flow and not just pieces of it. Not setting it up and passing it off to others.
Someone that can administer exchange, knows about security, can write PowerShell scripts, vlookups, knows when they have to communicate changes to the business,
Must know to test things in QA before putting into production because this is not just a server person
They want to someone focused all on Exchange and not the entire O365 suite
Perform and create queries using Exchange O365 Powershell\MS Graph API\Scripting\Reporting knowledge. Produce reports using above technologies.
