Looking for candidates with 5-7 years of experience with IT Recruitment. 

 

 

Job Duties: 

 

Pre-Screen candidates by phone and in person 

Use networking, internet tools, and cold calling to source both passive and active candidates

Post and maintain job descriptions on a variety of job boards

Coordinate candidate interviews with Managers

Tracking interview feedback for candidates

Market/Sell our company, position, and benefits

Successfully drive multiple recruiting efforts in different stages of the recruiting pipeline.

Leverage a strong knowledge of the contracting/sourcing market space, value propositions, products and services, as well as competitive intelligence in order to drive the growth of our company.

Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews via telephone and or video conference with all levels of candidates.

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and potential contractors.

Improve metrics for recruiting including pipeline numbers and offer accepts
