Federal Recruiter/HR with DoD Experience- Hybrid - Arlington, VA

At IITJobs, Inc., we are seeking a Federal Recruiter/HR with DoD Experience to join our team and support the Department of Defense (DoD),  with a Strong understanding of Cyber Excepted Service (CES) policies, This hybrid role is based in Arlington, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical advice and guidance on Cyber Excepted Service (CES) related HR matters
• Strong understanding of Cyber Excepted Service (CES) policies
• Support DoD Component leaders, HR offices, and the broader workforce on a variety of HR concerns
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with DoD HR policies and objectives

Technical:

• 7+ years Federal HR Experience (preferably with DoD) with demonstrated expert knowledge in Recruitment and Staffing to support the management and oversight of the CES personnel system.
• Expert knowledge of Title 5, Title 10, and Department of Defense personnel policies.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to represent the interests and positions of DoD CIO. Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills; proficient Excel and Outlook application skills
