FedRAMP Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled FedRAMP Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in information security, cloud technologies, and compliance frameworks .This role involves coordinating with internal teams, third-party vendors, and government agencies to achieve and maintain FedRAMP authorization. The specialist will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security practices to protect sensitive information and manage risk.

Qualifications:
Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or a related field, with specific experience in FedRAMP or similar government compliance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, NIST).

Certifications:
Need to have at least one certification such as ISO 27001, CISA, CISM, CISSP.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of FedRAMP requirements, NIST 800-53 controls and cloud security best practices.
Experience with security frameworks and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of cloud service provider environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their security practices or in SaaS environment.
Must have knowledge on collecting the evidences related to Fedram0 and knowledge on control lists
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
