Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex Field Service solutions that meet the specific needs HP Field and Channel teams.
Deep understanding of Field Service core functionalities, including work orders, scheduling, resource management, mobile capabilities, and offline functionality.
Work closely with end users, business analysts and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and integration specifications.
Lead and conduct architecture and security reviews of Field Service solution.
Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for optimization within the Field Service solution.
Stay up to date on the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 Field Service and related technologies.
Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices for Field Service implementation.
Understanding Microsoft Field Service product roadmap and demonstrating the new capabilities of Dynamics 365 Field Service to HP team.
Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service (formerly Dynamics 365 for Field Service).
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex Field Service solutions
In-depth knowledge of Field Service core functionalities, workflows, and configuration options.
Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices for connecting Field Service with other business systems.
Experience with Azure technologies, such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps, is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitFlow) and IaaC (Terraform) required.
