Description

Must-Have Skills/Experience: 

  • Prior communications experience (ie. CAT 5, CAT 6, Fiber, Coax, etc.)
  • Prior experience in the oil/gas industry and flexibility with changes in priorities , locations, and tasks
    • Must understand the nature of the work. Priorities, locations, and tasks change often and very quickly. 
    • You might head to one job site and then something could change and you are heading to a different job site. Must be comfortable with this and flexible. 
  • Experience with basic hand tools
  • Climbing certified (and comfortable climbing up to 200 feet)
    • They will be working outside. Must be comfortable with that. 
    • Most tower climbs are around 50 feet, but could get up to around 200 feet. 
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and driving record check
  • Comfortable driving a truck with a trailer 
  • Nice to have: CDL licensed driver
